In this yoga therapy consulation, a detailed holistic interview will be conducted to help the client delineate their goals and review health issues.  Then a one-on-one studio session will be conducted to design a personalized approach utilizing yoga therapy. 

This 2 hour consultation is with Swami Atmarupa. Registered with the Yoga Alliance at the E-RYT 500 hour level, she has been teaching yoga for over 15 years and is the founder and director of the Atma Center.  Prior to following her  passion for yoga teaching,  she  was  a  certified  registered  nurse anesthetist for over 25 years and  taught  anesthesia  for  10  years at  the  Cleveland Clinic Foundation. 

Her medical background  and  her experience  teaching  thousands  of  yoga students give her the insight to create yoga therapy  programs  that  will  support  and improve the health and well-being of virtually any client.
