Stephen Hosmer was chosen to design the Santa Cruz Stage 2 finish graphic for the 2009 Amgen Tour of California. 2009 was the first year that the Tour rolled through Santa Cruz. Each participating start and finish city was allowed to contribute a branding mark that would describe its own unique flavor.
