In the 1960’s East Cliff Drive was home to Pleasure Point Surf Shop. The charming stretch of rocky shoreline collectively known as Pleasure Point - from the Hook at the southern tip through the Dirt Farm to Sewer Peak at the north end - is a surfing treasure jealously guarded by locals.
