This certificate is worth $55 toward a Costco membership. The certificate may be used to upgrade to Executive Membership or to renew an existing membership. The certificate is not replaceable if lost, stolen or destroyed. Photocopies are not accepted. The certificate is not redeemable for cash or merchandise. The value of the Membership Certificate is fixed at time of purchase. If the price of a Costco membership is higher than the value of the Membership Certificate, the person redeeming the certificate will be charged the price difference.
