Our class sizes are limited and will be offered frequently, enabling our professional instructors, and trainers to spend the time necessary to maximize results. We offer private classes in weight-training, TRX, and cardio-vascular endurance. Our group classes include,but are not limited to cycle, body conditioning, boot camp, pilates mat, and yoga. New classes are added frequently.
