Yoga Tropics is a family owned and operated yoga studio in the heart of coastal Encinitas with a second location in San Diego in Pacific Beach. Margaret Stockalper with daughers Carla and Tracey, opened Yoga Tropics in 2006.  An athletic family, the Stockalpers discovered the healing benefits of hot yoga and wanted to share with their community.  For different reasons each found that a daily yoga practice was transformative for body, mind and spirit. Yoga offers a holistic way of life addressing physical ailments and preventing disease, peace of mind and a sense of connection to the world.
