These ten essays are transcribed and edited versions of talks I have offered in Todos Santos, BCS, Mexico during the year 2011. They have been compiled in this volume as a method of self-study based upon the teachings of Gautama Buddha, as he offered them to humanity 2,600 years ago. I publish these ten chapters in a spirit of genuine desire for the well-being of all of us on the planet. They represent the legacy of forty-five years of committed psychological, spiritual study and practice. I offer them now, when I am nearing the end of this lifetime as a physician of the body/mind and spiritual mentor, as testimony to the possibility of an awakened world.
