The gingerbread in this holiday house is made from scratch using an Old World German recipe that is thick and delicious. Each Holiday Gingerbread House is uniquely decorated and is 100% edible. The roof is covered with rolled cookies hand dipped in chocolate. The body of the house is decorated with a variety of candy and cookies. The house sits on an edible gingerbread base. Since we don’t get a lot of snow in the Santa Rosa area, this is California style holiday house is covered with cookies and candy instead of thick white icing.
