The answer has to be the Texas Star Ferris wheel, the largest Ferris wheel in North America! This photograph was taken at sunset by artist Elizabeth Beck in Dallas, Texas. It includes a quote on the 3" matting from E.B. White, "I see nothing in space as promising as the view from a ferris wheel".
