Her portfolio consists of Sam’s Café in the Upper East Side, Executive Chef at Harvey Hotels, Executive Chef at Neiman Marcus, and Executive Chef at the French boutique Hotel St. Germain in Dallas.  Hage was also a James Beard Awards finalist in 2009 for Best Chef: Southwest, and she received the Rising Stars Dallas 2007 award.  In addition to the talent and awards, Hage has a big heart for service and the community.
