Special Instructions
Always select an installation site that is free of obstruction. Periodically check the cable and discard it if becomes damaged. Never allow the cable to become kinked or tied in knot - this may cause the cable to break. Do NOT use this tie-out with choke style collars or collars with plastic hardware.
