Enjoy a 90 minute massage with Sarah Smith of The Integrative Studio, a nationally certified and licensed massage therapist with a decade of experience in the healing arts.  Each session will be designed to meet your needs and may include myofascial release, orthopedic, neuromuscular, thai, and craniosacral massage.  

Sarah has received certifications in Orthopedic Massage at MTI, Thai Massage with Mac Therdchai in Thailand, and currently studying Advanced Myofascial Techniques with Til Luchau.  She has also studied Craniosacral, Reiki, and Sports Massage.   Sarah’s love of yoga practice and the continual insights it provides on a physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual level all play a part in each session.

Sarah enjoys working with a wide variety of clients ranging from chronic pain and injury related cases to sessions focusing on stress reduction and maintenance for overall good health.  Sarah’s vision is to provide an optimal healing experience for each client by using a combination of massage techniques that support the clients healing process.
