Come join one of the hottest all women's training groups around!  sheJAMS was created by four friends, Julie, Andrea, and Melissa & Coreen to bring together women of all ages and abilities who enjoy being active.  This club creates a social atmosphere for women to train together in a non-competitive spirit, to feed off of each other's experiences, to share accomplishements, and revel in the energy that a group of women with common interests can generate! 

This item is for a 1 year membership to sheJAMS with a 5 month run program and size large t-shirt to get you started!

Run Program
