Sarah studied massage therapy at Spa Tech Institute and has been a practicing massage therapist for over 7 years. In that time she has worked with a wide variety of clients with different needs.  Sarah prides herself in creating a welcoming, relaxing but invigorating massage experience, where the client can truly let it all go, sink into the moment and enjoy each relaxing therapeutic stroke.  Her technique has been described as firm and complete, like she is having a conversation with your body. You will walk away feeling completely taken care of and relaxed. Her sessions are custom tailored to suit each client’s individual needs by incorporating Swedish, deep tissue, neuromuscular, trigger point & positional release techniques.

After the birth of her daughter Sarah has a new passion for bringing gentle, loving, postnatal massage to new moms. As a new mom herself Sarah feels a deep connection with mothers and breast feeding mothers. She understands and respects the hard work it takes to care for a baby and how little time is left to take care of yourself. Postnatal massage is a great way to reconnect with yourself, improve your health and well-being and relax all at the same time.  A healthier mom means a healthier child!
