This incredible wooden dollhouse (kit produced by Real Good Toys of Barre, VT) is called the Allison Jr. and was completely assembled and painted by Arthur Johnson, CCC participant.

The Alison Jr. dollhouse is an impressive and beautiful 3 story wooden dollhouse whose mansard roof allows for much more decorating space than a traditional colonial style house.  

Dimensions: 24"W x 16 1/2"D x 38 1/2"H - 9 Rooms

Details:

• 4 Floors: 3 rooms on first, 2 rooms on second and third, and 1 room on top level.  


• Features front steps, 2 front porches, 2 staircases, gingerbread molding, and plenty of rectangular, silk-screened windows. 


• Fully decorated: all rooms are wall-papered with different colors and patterns, all doors and details are painted and finished, includes wooden floors with some parquet flooring in one room.  


• Exterior is painted two shades of yellow gold with turquoise blue accents on roof, window sills and shutters, porches, etc.
