One Ninety Minute Soak and Rub

Spend the initial 20 minutes relaxing in a Therapeutic Soak of herbs, tea, salts or oil to allow you muscles to soften before before a full sixty minute massage. Different soaks include: Rosemary, Lavender, Ginger, Lemongrass, Rose, Eucaplyptus, Epsom Salts, Coconut oil or Chamomile.

Tania Rhodes is Nationally Certified in Massage and Body Work and was trained at Providence Institute in Tucson.  She believes in the healing power of therapeutic touch and in using a variety of techniques to support wellness in the body.

Tania is trained in Deep Tissue, Swedish, Myofascial and Cranial Sacral Techniques and practice Sports Massage, Medical Massage and Prenatal Massage.

Her massage studio boasts an amazing clawfoot tub which allows for different hydrotherapy treatments as part of the massage.  She uses herbs, essential oils, hot towels and hots stones to augment my practice but I also work with each individual's preferences when delivering a massage.
