Our central studio is located in charming St. Phillip's Plaza in Tucson's lower foothills, our second-floor space, provides an airy, loft-like atmosphere - looking out on trees, the mountains and the sky.

The elegant, streamlined environment allows our clients to better focus during individual conditioning sessions and group classes or while receiving a therapeutic massage or shiatsu treatment.

The atmosphere - in both our group classes and private sessions - is supportive and non-competitive, designed to enhance concentration and to engender a sense of physical accomplishment, general fitness and overall wellbeing.

Body Works Studio is fully equipped with beautifully crafted and professionally maintained Pilates apparatus, including: Pilates Reformers, Trap Tables (Cadillac), Combination Chairs, High Barrels, Spine Correctors, Ped-i-Puls and a Tower Unit. A wide range of accessory tools are available to support each individual session and group class.

Therapeutic Massage is an integral part of the Body Works Pilates™ transformative process. Our Massage and Movement Therapists share the same goal: to help you achieve ultimate physical fitness and facilitate lasting change in the way your body feels and looks. We collaborate to customize a fitness and bodywork regimen best suited to your specific goals.
