Keep it Cool Duo: One Petite Wrap and One Good Medicine Ball in Pink Batik
 
Two of our most popular products that you can keep in the freezer and use when you're hot and tired or need to soothe an ache:
 
Petite Wrap: Filled with organic flaxseed, lavender and lavender essential oil.
Smaller, lighter version of our Back, Neck & Shoulder Wrap!  Use it the same way: tie around lower back, wrap around shoulders, place behind neck when reclining or wrap around knees, feet or elbows when sitting.    Can use warm from the microwave or cool from the freezer.  22 x 6" middle portion;  24" x 6" for each tie,  for a total of 70" long.  
 
Good Medicine Ball:  Filled with organic flaxseed, chamomile, lavender and rosemary and a soothing blend of 7 essential oils.  Chamomile is known to relieve inflammation, stress and tension.  Lavender is known as "Grandmother's Incredible Remedy"  and has a calming scent.  Rosemary is also used to relieve inflammation and the symptoms of pain.  Ball is microwaveable or can be placed in the freezer when coolness is desired.  You can massage the ball with your hands, roll the ball under your feet or on neck and shoulders, place on knees or wrists.  Use while sitting in your favorite place.  Remember to take deep breaths!
