Gastropub is a new term in the Tucson area and many people wonder what it means. A gastropub is simply a pub that specializes in serving high quality food. A pub is a term short for public house or the local.

The name Noble Hops was chosen because hops are the soul of beer and "Noble Hops" are considered the finest hops available.

These concepts are a natural for owners Aric and Josh Mussman. These Tucson born brothers have changed the way Tucson, Oro Valley and Marana think about pizza and are known for the authentic Neapolitan pizza as a gourmet offering. And their 2 restaurants in Tucson and Marana are known as neighborhood establishments with loads of regulars.

So it goes with their newest concept a focus on high quality, delicious food and a wide selection of hand crafted beers. The menu will rotate seasonally and offer daily specials, which includes: small plates, salads, entrees and burgers.

Prices will range from $1.50 for domestics on up to $35 for a Big Bottle of a very special beer. Take a look at the list!

Presently there are 115 different beers (28 on tap) offered and people who revere their beer as they do their food will be thrilled. Kegs of house wine and bottles of fine wines will also be available and a full bar as well.

A 30 foot indoor/outdoor bar and patio offers breathtaking views of the mountains and is just about the perfect place to relax and refresh.
