Created, donated, and signed by Michael Giacchino, this is the concert score to "UnLocke'd Potential" - which also serves as one of Locke's themes throughout the series! This particular piece was first played in the episode "Walkabout" at the climatic end, when the flashback revealed that Locke was paraplegic, and as he stood up on his own feet again on the island after the crash.
