Dot was born to a feral mama cat in Virginia. When her rescuers realized Dot could not move her back legs and had severe birth defects, they feared they could not take care of her. Happily, Dot found a home at Tabby’s Place. Today, she is loving every minute of her adventurous, healthy life – and not letting her disability slow he down in the least.
