The highest ranking executive in a company whose main responsibilities include developing and implementing high-level strategies, making major corporate decisions, managing the overall operations and resources of a company, and acting as the main point of communication between the board of directors and the corporate operations. The CEO will often have a position on the board, and in some cases is even the chair.

Mr. Jones has over 20 years of Wall Street experience, and prior to founding CastleOak was Head of Investment Banking and Capital Markets at Blaylock & Company, Inc. where he worked closely with many of the firm's Fortune 500 clients. Mr. Jones joined Blaylock from Merrill Lynch where he worked in the firm’s investment banking and equity capital markets areas. Mr. Jones has significant experience in evaluating equity and debt market trends within industry sectors, valuing and positioning public companies, and marketing and syndicating public security offerings to institutional clients.

Mr. Jones holds an MBA from the University of Pennsylvania, The Wharton School and a B.S. from Boston University. He holds Series 7, 24 and 63 licenses. He is a member of the Board of the New Jersey All Stars Project, the Presidential Advisory Council of Hampton University, The board of the New Jersey Chapter Young Presidents' Organization, and the Council of Urban Professionals.
