This item includes ONLY accommodations, valued at $200 a night, at Villas de Palermo. It does NOT include any transportation. The suggested airport is Managua, Nicaragua.
In addition, the winning bidder must pay for electricity and housekeeping.
Housekeeping is only $20 for the entire week.
However, electricity costs can vary, depending upon your usage. The donor says with conservative use, the electricity cost can be kept as low as $20 PER DAY, but that higher use will result in a higher cost. Donor suggests turning AC off whenever you are out of the house.
The donor of this item will assist with arrangements, including helping you hire a guide/interpreter at extra (but very reasonable) cost. He also suggests that if you crave excitement, you should make this the relaxing part of your trip, and possibly include it as a piece of a larger trip, possibly to Costa Rica.
However, if it’s relaxation you crave, Villas De Palermo is the place to be.
