The unit looks out over the bay and pool area. The condo sleeps 6 comfortably.
Emerald Grande has a full service exercise room, pool, restaurant and snack bar on-site. Spa available by reservation and fee.
Located on “Harbor Walk” with entertainment, restaurants, and shops within walking distance.

Condo available between November 1, 2012 and May 1, 2013. excluding December 24, 2012 to January 5, 2013 and subject to availability. Condo may also be available October 1, 2013 to December 15, 2013.
Pets are not allowed, however, there are local boarding facilities.
Purchaser needs to contact donor a minimum of 3 weeks prior to desired travel so reservations can be made with Emerald Grande, again subject to availability. Contact information will be provided to the winning bidder.
Purchaser will register at the desk upon check-in and will be required to present credit card. Winning bidder is responsible for $20 per day maid-cleaning fee. Condo interior decor may vary from sample photos.
