Main level with master suite and double sized jacuzzi, living room with fireplace, dining room seating 8-10, outdoor dining room seating 10-12, kitchen w table seating 8-10, laundry, guest lavatory, barbecue and wood burning bread/pizza oven; first floor has 2 double bedrooms with king beds and ensuite baths and a twin bedroom with double beds and ensuite bathroom; piano in hall.
Beach effect infinity pool (not heated), outfitted with lounge chairs, tennis, petanque (boules). Live in permanent staff of 2 with separate house on property.

The house comes with a live in (their own house on the property) staff of two (house manager/cook and housekeeper) who are fabulous. Daily housekeeping is included. Required tip for the staff is 50-100 euros per week per room. If the group wants cooking, the staff will shop, cook, serve and clean up for the actual cost of the food plus 15 euros per hour for each of the two staff members. In addition if they require heat for the house, there is a charge for that (actual cost, but expensive -- approx. 60 euros a day).
Property also has lower level with a self contained apartment and an annex with a king bedroom and an office, which are not included in this offering.
