Medical exam to be performed by a board-certified Internal Medicine physician. The physician will take the patient's full medical history and perform a comprehensive exam in the comfort of the patient's home. The patient will have an opportunity to e-mail the physician in advance a list of specific questions that they would like addressed and answered. The medical exam will be tailored to the patient's questions and specific medical concerns

Unfortunately, due to issues related to insurance, laboratory and imaging studies cannot be done during the exam. However, the physician can give out a prescription to order necessary labs and imaging studies to be done at a facility that is covered by the patient's insurance. Also, the physician can order a 1 month's supply of prescription medications for the patient as well, to be filled at a local pharmacy, to bridge the gap to when the patient can find their own primary care physician
