About the Artist
As if though through the perspective of a young child, Peter Gandolfi paints the splenderous scenes of Jerusalem. The sublime light of the city is captured in his paintings and beams with the enchantment of the Holy City.
Gandolfi settled in Jerusalem in 1982, where he found spiritual insperation, and his paintings have given a means to convey his inner feelings. Gandolfi (Peter Ottavio Gandolfi) was born in 1946 in Parma, Italy. Since 1986 he has dedicated his life to painting. He has had one-man shows in Jerusalem, Rome and Tel-Aviv.
