About the Artist
James Scoppettone's contribution to contemporary American Impressionism has been recognized by collectors and curators throughout the world. Public and private art collections which include the American Pharmaceuticals, Nissin Foods of Japan, Pepsi Cola, collections of numerous entertainers and CEOs feature Scoppettone's personal interpretations of classic themes and subjects.
Inspired by the works of nineteenth-century French and American painters, Scoppettone has focused on the artistic exploration of light. He integrates the concepts of the impressionist masters with his own vision to produce paintings that are beaming with vibrant color and graceful brushwork.

Believing that freedom is a basic human right, Demi Moore and Ashton Kutcher founded The Demi and Ashton Foundation (DNA) to raise awareness about child sex slavery, change the cultural stereotypes that facilitate this horrific problem, and rehabilitate innocent victims. DNA is a U.S. based nonprofit organization.
The DNA Foundation is working to eliminate child sex slavery and human trafficking and has received support from many notable celebrities including Justin Timberlake, Jamie Foxx and Jason Mraz.
