Choice of Free Your Talents 15-hour course, "Confident You!" OR the "Skydiving 101" 2-day class.

You and a friend or coworker may want to enroll in a class together, or you might prefer to take your courses separately and share what you've learned. Either way, this training will not leave you where it found you! You have a right to feel poised, natural, free and confident when you present or perform, no matter how many people are looking at you. Come learn to be yourself while people are watching.

"Confident You!”- a 5-week course. Anything that curtails your confidence is not rightfully yours and can be overcome. This class offers inspired, practical instruction to rise above timidity, anxiety, discomfort and distraction while addressing any audience and to replace those annoyances with calmness, clarity and joy. The safety of the class environment allows students to discover their innate freedom and to practice it in a supportive atmosphere. This class is great for participants who want time between class sesions to practice what they're learning.  These are 3-hour sessions once a week for five (5) weeks.

“Skydiving 101″ - Take a leap and find your freedom, a 2-day class. This submergence course provides you with two consecutive days of focused instruction and practice in getting up to present in front of an audience. Class size is kept small and workable so that each participant receives plenty of individual attention, encouragement and support. I will provide the “parachute” you need for a safe and enjoyable ride: to relax and trust your own ability to be free, assured, clear-minded and effective when addressing audiences of any size. This course is wonderful for people who need to work in a concentrated time frame. [Note: no actual airplanes or parachutes will be used in this class!]
