ABOUT US

We are a physical therapist-owned private practice. We specialize in the evaluation and treatment of movement dysfunction that can occur from pain, injury and disability.

Our services are tailored to the individual. We develop personalized programs for athletes, injured or healthy, as well individuals recovering from injury or surgery.  Our rehabilitation programs incorporate the principles of pilates and yoga, as well as the work of Czech physician, Vladimir Janda. These techniques, as well as functional exercise training such as the work of physical therapists Gray Cook, Gary Gray and Mark Bookhout, help return our patients to work and play.

We are a direct access clinic. This means we can see you without a referral from your physician. We aim to get your recovery started as soon as possible.  With a variety of appointment times, we'll do our best to accommodate your schedule.  Once we receive a call from you or your physician, we will offer you an appointment within 24 hours.

We work as a team with you, your physicians and your other practitioners to help you attain your goals faster.  We look forward to working with you!
