This prize was generously donated by Drika Overton who is the director of The Dance Hall.  Drika is a veteran tap dancer and founder and producer of the Portsmouth Percussive Dance Festival.  In addition, she collaborated in creating the wildly popular “Clara’s Dream  -  A Jazz Nutcracker.”
