Gourmet Dinner for 8 in Your Home

Fall time is one of the most exciting times as a chef- you have the bounty of the harvest coming out of fields and orchards. The weather drops off in temperature, sending guests into restaurants to huddle around the table enjoying succulent, warming flavors such as beef pot roast, slow cooked chicken, stewed pork with beans, duck confit, and  braised lamb shanks.  Ben will prepare small plates for 8 guests in your home.
