In 1945, a restaurant visionary named Nicholas Manero opened the first Manero’s® in Greenwich, Connecticut. With the help of committed family members and a terrific staff, the restaurant soon gained a reputation for quality products and personalized, high levels of service. The restaurant was an innovator in having it’s own butcher shop and retail market, singing waiters and the development of the Gorgonzola salad. Other Manero’s® locations quickly followed including Westport, Connecticut; Hallandale, Florida; Paramus, New Jersey; Syosset, New York; Manhattan, New York; West Palm Beach, Florida; Margate, Florida; and Palm City, Florida.

Today Manero’s® Restaurant has kept Nick Manero’s vision of exceptional service, 100% satisfaction guarantee and quality food. Many of the recipes are his original creations. Of course, the Gorgonzola salad is legendary and remains one of the number one reasons that their clients keep coming back.
