Amy Dilbeck Kiesewetter is an estate planning attorney and a NCL Juniors member. She will work with you one-on-one to design a custom-tailored estate plan that fits you and your family's particular needs. Amy specials in estate plans that work - that allow you to control your property while you are alive and well, take care of yourself and your loved ones and upon your death give what you have, to whom you want, when you want.
Your estate plan will include your Trust, Wills and documents detailing your healthcare and financial wishes.
Special Instructions
All meetings will be held at Strauss Law Group in Ventura. Alternate arrangements can be made as long as they are mutually agreed upon. Most trusts can be completed with two in-person meetings. Only California residents may purchase this service. Real property transfers to trust will be an additional charge. Witnessing and notary fees included in package price.

How to pick up winning items:
If you are attending our “Boots and Belles” event on March 16th, please plan to pick up item(s) at the event check-out during the end of the evening.
If you received your winning bidder email and live in the Ventura County area, please contact ncljuniorsauction@gmail.com to arrange for pick up.
Shipping:
We will ship you your item if you live outside of the Ventura County area and within the United States only. Bidder is responsible for shipping and handling fees, which will automatically be added to the winning bid amount. There will be no additional charge to send Gift Certificates and/or Event Tickets via standard USPS mail only. All other items will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail or FedEx at the standard rates below. We will do our best to package items so they arrive in good condition. However, we cannot be responsible for any damage that may occur during transit. We will not ship actual baskets or containers, but only the contents inside.
