10 sessions or 1 month to either Beach Booty Camp or Man Lab!
Beach Booty Camp is not like other boot camps. Jeana's Beach Booty Camp offers you a chance to get outside and enjoy the view of the Ventura ocean while getting a great workout. Women of all ages participate in Jeana's Beach Booty Camp, and moms are always welcome to bring their baby in a stroller.
The goal of Beach Booty Camp is to keep you moving throughout the full hour. It is a full body workout that focuses on lower body, upper body and core exercises. Along with strength training, you will enjoy cardiovascular and interval training. Nutritional information can be given as needed. Good people, great workout and an awesome view! What more can you ask for?
Scarlett Strength and Conditioning's "Man Lab" is a full body workout for men. Within each workout you can expect to strength and conditioning training for your upper body, lower body, core and heart. We keep you moving the whole time.
We focus on injury prevention, as well as teaching you the proper ways to recover after a workout. This class is for those men who want to workout in a group atmosphere, but also need some individual attention from a personal trainer.

How to pick up winning items:
If you are attending our “Boots and Belles” event on March 16th, please plan to pick up item(s) at the event check-out during the end of the evening.
If you received your winning bidder email and live in the Ventura County area, please contact ncljuniorsauction@gmail.com to arrange for pick up.
Shipping:
We will ship you your item if you live outside of the Ventura County area and within the United States only. Bidder is responsible for shipping and handling fees, which will automatically be added to the winning bid amount. There will be no additional charge to send Gift Certificates and/or Event Tickets via standard USPS mail only. All other items will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail or FedEx at the standard rates below. We will do our best to package items so they arrive in good condition. However, we cannot be responsible for any damage that may occur during transit. We will not ship actual baskets or containers, but only the contents inside. We strongly suggest that you arrange for pick up of any artwork(s). We are unable to ship wine. Please contact ncljuniorsauction@gmail.com with any additional questions.
