 How Coaching Works

During the sessions, Estelle will listen carefully as you share with her your needs and wants, and the goals you hope to attain in life. She will then offer practical and powerful solutions specifically tailored to you. She will look at where you are in your life today, and determine how to best align it with your goals and overcome any roadblocks in your path.

Together you and Estelle will devise a strategy and map out the appropriate actions towards the attainment of your life’s outcome. This is a process of discovery: once you have been shown how to align your life goals with your hopes and dreams, you will be relieved of stress, as you will no longer waste time, money, and misery chasing after things that ultimately are not important to you. Self-loathing and fear will no longer guide your decisions and choices, and you will start to live and succeed as you move steadily towards the attainment of your goals.
