This is a vintage hand blown Murano Clown from Italy, age unknown.  It is a collector's item and in mint condition.  Hand blown and from the Island of Murano, Italy, no two Muranos are ever exactly the same.  Murano glass is made with passion and skill, using techniques that have been used for centuries.  This item has the original "Murano Italy" seal on the back of the clown for authenticity (see second picture).  The clown stands over 9 inches tall and is colorful, true to form of Murano masterpieces.
