Sulkowski.  Donated by Collectors Gallery in Lexington, KY, one of the largest Galleries of Equine and other art.  Please Note:  Due to the glass, it was very hard to get a good picture of this wonderful, whimsical print.  We apologize, but it is very cute, Jack Russells playing on tack and saddles.
