Danform Shoes is a family-owned and operated, full-service shoe store. Our employees don't work on commission, but with the attention they give you, you'd swear they do. We treat our employees like family and employees treat our customers like family. After more than 30 years of doing this, we forget who we are actually related to.

 Our Story 

Back in 1978, Dave Bailey joined Dave Deforge in the making of wooden bottom clogs at the factory in Colchester. They made clogs and sold them wholesale to retail shoe stores all over New England. They started selling the seconds (slightly imperfect) in the front area of the Colchester store. Gradually, they added lines of shoes from other vendors to their own retail presence.
