Basket includes a signed jersey and signed photo and a certificate for two (2) guests to golf in the Sixth-Annual Golf Tournament on Friday October 112th at Prescott Golf and Country Club.  The tournament will be built of five-person teams - four registered players and one Sundogs player or coaching staff member.  Each registered player will receive a starter pack that includes a sleeve of balls, golf tees, a hat, a towel, and snack, have access to a golf cart and the driving range, receive lunch and beverages, and participate in prize pack giveaways and contests held throughout the day.
