Out of their 500 acres of Russian River Valley vineyards, the winery currently harvest an equivalent of only 50 acres to make the Balletto wines.  By selecting only the top 10 percent of everything grown, they are able to maintain a consistent quality and style.

The Balletto Winery  goal is that you enjoy drinking their wines as much as they enjoyed making them.
