This birdhouse, handmade by an Amish craftsman, is a MN Vikings fan.  His pipe is a perch.  And he’s puffing serenely as the Vikings win easily or like a train as the stress of the game gets to him.   And he’s definitely of Scandinavian descent as his bright blue eyes will attest.

The house is 12” high from bearded chin to the top of his cap and 7 ½” deep.  The diameter of the hole is 1 ½” – but this is more decorative than functional as there’s no way to clean the house out without unscrewing it.

You’ll be the only one to have a birdhouse like this – that’s for sure.  Or maybe gift it as a White elephant or to someone you don’t like!
