A rarity in the world of ever larger theme parks and faster-bigger-taller-scarier rides, Gilroy Gardens was created for families with young children. The theme here is botanical, inspired by a collection of extraordinary Circus Trees, trained into fantastic shapes.  There are over 20 rides including the Quicksilver Express Mine Coaster, the Artichoke Dip and Gilroy Garden’s very own railroad!   Check out the many fun-filled water play areas where you can cool off in the summer heat by going down a slide in a giant Circus Tree, walking behind our majestic Bonfante Falls or getting squirted in a colorful play area. And for those who don't want to get wet---take a ride in a round boat in our "creek" or paddle a swan- or duck-shaped boat on our lake!
