A security deposit of $100 for weekly rentals is required and will be returned in its entirety ONLY if the departure requirement is adhered to. A cleaning fee of $85 dollars will be removed from your security if you do not follow cleaning procedures listed in rental agreement. A $35 processing fee applies to any cancellations and a $50 late fee for rental fees received less than 30 days prior to arrival with the exception of last minute rental where all monies are due with rental agreement.
