Whether you are a current customer or a future customer there are a couple of things we'd like you to know about us:

• We love people.  We love meeting you.  We love seeing you in the Parrot.  We really believe you are amazing - and not just because you get your froyo from us.  You are a unique and special creation in your own right.  


• We value service.  Not just customer service, but service in general.  We love to help others.  We love taking care of people. If, in the course of a day, we haven't helped someone, well, we haven't lived that day.  We believe we are here to make our community a better place.  We are at your service.


• We believe it's better to give than to receive.  We will continue to support our community through percentage nights, gift donations, assisting the arts, and rec sports sponsorship, among other avenues of giving.  Yes, we are a for-profit business, but we will be generous with our community.


• We value your contribution.  Please, don't hesitate to ask us for flavors, toppings, or anything we can do to make your Parrot Experience(s) something you will remember fondly.
