This item is a beautiful handcrafted knitting bowl.  The actual item will be similar to the picture, but slightly larger. 

The lazy, flowing waters of Sinking Creek in the New River Valley of Virginia serve as the inspiration for the stoneware created by Sinking Creek Pottery. Just off the creek banks, locals and long-time friends Molly and Zenah joined up to start making pottery more than 12 years ago for friends and family. Their passion for hand-thrown and hand-carved pottery grew as they continued to expand their artistic talents and began a business to sell their wares in the New River Valley.
