For the winning bidder, participants in the Purple Room elective "History and Geography of Food" will prepare a large platter of custom-made sushi (at least 50 pieces). Traditional and non-traditional sushi ingredients (for example: bacon & egg; pepperoni & cheese; peanut butter & jelly; smoked portabello) will be made available for your selection. Sushi will be prepared to your specifications and delivered to BNS by 3:45pm on a Friday of your choice (no later than 2 November, 2012). Fresh made wasabi, fresh sliced and pickled ginger, and Bragg's liquid amino soy sauce will also be provided.
