Showing is at Stages Theater, 400 E. Commonwealth Avenue Suite 4, Fullerton, CA 92832. The seats (two) will be available for the October 13 (Saturday) performance. Curtain is 5:00 PM. Tickets will be available at the box office. The playwrite and director will meet with the winners after the performance.

The Meaning of Life
This is a comedy. The action is centered around a group of peopleÂA?four men and two womenÂA?who have paid to attend a lecture that promises to answer the eternal question: What is The Meaning of Life? While waiting in line, these six strangers (a lawyer, a waitress, an intellectual, a real estate salesman, a county morgue employee, and a writer) casually begin to engage one another. Things soon escalate.
By the end of the performance, we will have witnessed several spirited debates, a fistfight, some anguish, some laughter, some hope, some dread, another fistfight, a visit by a mysterious stranger, a budding romance, a brutally violent crime, and what can only be called a genuine "miracle." The play is rated PG-13.
