David Rovics is an American indie singer/songwriter. His music concerns topical subjects such as the 2003 Iraq war, anti-globalization and social justice issues. He has been called the "troubador of our time" by Cindy Sheehan. Pete Seeger says "Listen to David Rovics" and Amy Goodman says he's the "musical version of Democracy Now!".
