Pinocchio Pizza is well known for winning a gold medal for best pizza maker at an invitation-only international competition of more than 800 pizza makers held in Salsomaggiore, Italy, in 2009.

"It's a real honor," said Dino DiFabio who, along with his brother Bruno, owns the pizzeria. The Brothers DiFabio are fourth generation pizza makers. The secret to a world-championship pizza? "Love and attention," Dino DiFabio says. "Really caring about the pizza is the secret."
